Safeguarding Policy

Benson Tennis Club is committed to the safeguarding and protection of all children, young people, and vulnerable adults. We ensure that all members, volunteers, and coaches are aware of their responsibilities.

Club Welfare Officer

Our Club Welfare Officer is responsible for implementing our safeguarding policy and acting as the first point of contact for any concerns. Please contact the club via email if you have any queries or concerns.

Reporting a Concern

If you have a safeguarding concern, please contact the Club Welfare Officer immediately. In an emergency, always contact the police or emergency services first.

All concerns will be treated confidentially and in accordance with LTA guidelines.
